Our in-house artisan leathersmiths can personalise a range of products, turning an extraordinary gift into a lifelong memento. All personalised items are hand finished at our British offices.
At Pure Luxuries we use the traditional method of hand stamping letters onto leather. Your chosen characters will be hand finished and hot stamped into the surface of the leather to complement the natural grain. For the look you desire there is a choice of a natural/non-foiled finish or alternatively choose from one of our two coloured metallic foils.
How long does personalisation take?
We endeavour to complete all personalised orders on the same working day. As with all other orders, personalised orders need to be placed before our same-day cut off of 3:30pm.
Please note: If your order is placed close to 3:30pm and we are experiencing a large volume of personalised orders, we may be unable to despatch on the same day. In this case, we will despatch this order out to you on the following working day.
Is the finish identical across every gift?
We use the same handcrafted technique, font type and font size on each leather product, however, due to the natural variations in leather, each product will have an individual finish.
How much does it cost?
Personalisation is available for £5.00 on a wide range of gifts.
What font do you use and what special characters are available?
The font used for embossing our leather goods is called 'Fournier'; this is a Serif font designed for clarity and style. The full alphabet is available in uppercase, including the numbers 0 - 9.

How many letters or numbers can I personalise an item with?
The number of characters that can be embossed depends on each product. Some products allow up to 4 characters, whilst some products allow up to 5 characters to be embossed.
Can I choose my own font or place a bespoke order for personalisation?
Should you wish to use a font of your choosing, or a place bespoke order please just ask as we can usually oblige, however special requests such as these usually cost a little more and take a little longer. Price and timescale will be provided by us within 24 hours.
Returns
Can I return my personalised product?
We fully comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. As such, you cannot return a personalised item for exchange or refund unless it is faulty. If you would like to discuss this, please contact our customer support.
