All orders placed before 3:30pm Monday - Friday on our next day delivery service will usually arrive the next working day.

We process and normally despatch all orders received before 3:30pm on the same working day (Monday - Friday). Please see our delivery tables above for the expected delivery times. Very occasionally, during busy peak periods, we may be unable to despatch your order on the same working day, but in these situations we will despatch your order as soon as possible.
Orders placed before 3:30pm Friday on a next day delivery will be despatched on the same day and are expected to arrive on Saturday.
For all orders placed during those times your order will be processed and despatched on Monday. Please be aware of any impending UK bank holidays when placing orders. Every purchase, large or small currently qualifies for our free standard delivery in the UK.
While the vast majority of our orders are despatched on the same working day, during busy peak periods we may be unable to do this and same working day despatch is not guaranteed. However, in these situations, we will endeavour to send your order as soon as possible.
We primarily use Royal Mail, however may from time to time use a different courier. We allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your order.
Yes, tracking is available on every order. Once your order is despatched we will email you with the relevant tracking information.
As soon as your order is despatched we will send you an email to confirm that it's on its way. From there it should be delivered within the time-scale as detailed in our delivery tables above.
Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be despatched the following working day. Additionally, we do not deliver on Bank Holidays so please be aware of any upcoming Bank Holidays upon ordering.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you exactly how you can pick up your order or to arrange for re-delivery.
Not at all! We can deliver to your work, home, or any other address that suits you best.
In general, we do not deliver to freight forwarders or holding services. If, at our discretion, we do carry out such a delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order.
We can deliver to your residential address or your place of employment but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.
We happily abide by the terms set out in the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

We offer 14 day free returns - you must notify us of your intent to return during this 14 day period. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
To return your item(s) simply re-package the goods using the original packaging, with our delivery note completed and included.
Take to any post office, remembering to obtain proof of postage.
Retain your proof of postage until we have notified you by email of receipt.
No problem at all! Simply drop us an email and we will forward a copy of the delivery note.
You must notify us or post your item back within 14 working days of receipt. Your order does not have to reach us in this time, but you must have notified us of the return, or posted it within this time. - Items will be inspected on arrival to us. Returns may be denied if the return is outside of the returns time period. These returns will be processed at our discretion.
All refunds are processed as soon as the goods are returned to us and you will receive an email to confirm receipt of the item at our warehouse, with monies usually taking 5-10 working days to be refunded to your original account or card. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you paid in GBP, minus any delivery charges incurred.
If, as a result of handling, the value of the returned item(s) is diminished beyond that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item(s), we may deduct that amount from the refund (up to the contract price in GBP).
Yes, the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for orders sent back to us by any means other than our pre-paid returns label. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
No printer is required. We use the Royal Mail returns service, so all you need to do is generate your free label at their website. Once it has been created, you will receive an email with a copy attached, as well as a QR code. This can be scanned straight from your mobile device at all Post Offices, allowing the staff to print your label out for you.
Yes you can, however if you have opted to pay for an alternative postal option, these charges will not be refunded.
We are unable to exchange or refund personalised goods (for instance, a wallet with embossed initials), unless the item is faulty.
For hygiene reasons pierced jewellery cannot be returned if the original hygiene seal has been broken, unless the item itself is faulty.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, customers returning items repeatedly may be refused at our discretion.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes will be accepted at the discretion of Pure Luxuries and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Please note, our policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to fault or incorrectly described goods. Your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations is unaffected.
