UK Returns

We happily abide by the terms set out in the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Pure Luxuries do our absolute best to ensure complete satisfaction for every customer. Should you wish to return any item we try to make the process very simple.

  • We offer 14 day free returns - you must notify us of your intent to return during this 14 day period. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • To return your item(s) simply re-package the goods using the original packaging, with our delivery note completed and included.
  • Visit the Royal Mail returns website to create your returns label and print at home or in your local post office.
  • Take to any post office, remembering to obtain proof of postage.
  • Retain your proof of postage until we have notified you by email of receipt.

    This means that you will not incur any additional fees upon delivery.

    International Delivery FAQ

    International Returns

    We offer 14 day returns - you must notify us of your intent to return during this 14 day period. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. To return your item(s) please contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation number. Then, simply re-package the goods using the original packaging, with our delivery note completed with your RA number and included in the parcel. Please use a delivery service of your choice to return your order, and retain your proof of postage until we have notified you by email of receipt.
