Everything you need to know about getting your order to you and sending it back if it's not quite right. UK orders ship free with tracked standard delivery; international orders use Royal Mail's Delivery Duties Paid service so there's nothing extra to pay on arrival.

UK Delivery FAQ
Every UK purchase, large or small, currently qualifies for our free standard delivery in the UK.
All orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday – Friday) on our Tracked Priority service will usually arrive the next working day.
For orders placed before 3:00pm on a Friday (using our Tracked Priority service) your order will typically arrive the next working day, being Monday (allowing for any UK public/bank holidays).

We process and normally despatch all orders received before 3:00pm on the same working day (Monday – Friday). Please see our delivery information above for the expected delivery times. Very occasionally, during busy peak periods, we may be unable to despatch your order on the same working day, but in these situations we will despatch your order as soon as possible.
For all orders placed during those times your order will be processed and despatched on Monday. Please be aware of any impending UK bank holidays when placing orders. Every purchase, large or small, currently qualifies for our free standard delivery in the UK.
While the vast majority of our orders are despatched on the same working day, during busy peak periods we may be unable to do this and same working day despatch is not guaranteed. However, in these situations we will endeavour to send your order as soon as possible.
Most of our orders are sent via Royal Mail. We allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your order.
Yes, tracking is available on every order. Once your order is despatched we will email you with the relevant tracking information.
As soon as your order is despatched we will send you an email to confirm that it's on its way. From there it should be delivered within the time-scale as detailed in our delivery information above.
Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be despatched the following working day. Additionally, we do not deliver on Bank Holidays so please be aware of any upcoming Bank Holidays upon ordering.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you exactly how you can pick up your order or arrange for re-delivery.
Not at all! We can deliver to your work, home, or any other address that suits you best.
In general, we do not deliver to freight forwarders or holding services. If, at our discretion, we do carry out such a delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order.
We can deliver to your residential address or your place of employment, but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.
UK Returns
- Notify us of your intent to return your order within 14 working days of receipt.
- To return your item(s) simply re-package the goods using the original packaging, with our delivery note completed and included.
- To use our returns delivery service, please visit the Royal Mail returns website to create your returns label and print at home or in your local post office. After retrieving your label from Royal Mail, you can then take this to any Post Office, or arrange a collection with Royal Mail. Please note, there is a £2.99 fee for using this service. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Alternatively, you can use a delivery service of your choice and send to: Pure Luxuries, Unit 38B Heysham Business Park, Middleton Road, Middleton, Lancashire, LA3 3PP.
- Always obtain proof of postage and retain this until we have notified you by email of receipt.
- Pure Luxuries cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during transit when choosing a service of your choice.
- Please note: personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- For items ordered as part of our free strap & gift promotion, please note all items must be returned to receive a full refund. We reserve the right to deduct the value of free gifts missing from any return.

No problem at all! Simply drop us an email and we will forward a copy of the delivery note.
You must notify us or post your item back within 14 working days of receipt. Your order does not have to reach us in this time, but you must have notified us of the return, or posted it within this time.
Items will be inspected on arrival to us. Returns may be denied if the return is outside of the returns time period. These returns will be processed at our discretion.
All refunds are processed as soon as the goods are returned to us and you will receive an email to confirm receipt of the item at our warehouse, with monies usually taking 5–10 working days to be refunded to your original account or card. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you paid in GBP, minus any delivery or returns charges incurred.
If, as a result of handling, the value of the returned item(s) is diminished beyond that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item(s), we may deduct that amount from the refund (up to the contract price in GBP).
Yes, the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for orders sent back to us by any means other than our pre-paid returns label. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
No printer is required. We use the Royal Mail returns service, so all you need to do is generate your label at their website. Once it has been created, you will receive an email with a copy attached, as well as a QR code. This can be scanned straight from your mobile device at all Post Offices, allowing the staff to print your label out for you.

While we strive to ensure a smooth return process, we advise customers against using Evri for returning orders. Due to frequent issues with reliability, we recommend selecting alternative delivery methods, or our pre-paid returns label via Royal Mail, to ensure your return is processed efficiently and without delay.
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery cannot be returned if the original hygiene seal has been broken, unless the item itself is faulty.
Please note, personalised items cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, customers returning items repeatedly may be refused at our discretion.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes will be accepted at the discretion of Pure Luxuries and may only be refunded as a store credit.
We happily abide by the terms set out in the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Pure Luxuries do our absolute best to ensure complete satisfaction for every customer. Please note, our policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to fault or incorrectly described goods. Your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations is unaffected.
International Delivery
We use a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service for international orders — all duties are paid at the time of order, so you will not incur any additional fees upon delivery.
All international orders are delivered tracked via Royal Mail DDP and typically arrive within 3–5 working days:

Yes. The maximum weight we can ship on an international delivery basis is 2kg. Should your order exceed this limit we will notify you accordingly.
It doesn't matter how many items you order, delivery is still one low price. Order one or more items and you're still only charged one delivery fee.
Should your purchase not be delivered in the expected time-scale, please contact our customer care team where we will assist further.

International Returns
We offer 14 day returns — you must notify us of your intent to return during this 14 day period. To return your item(s) please contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation number. Then, simply re-package the goods using the original packaging, with our delivery note completed with your RA number and included in the parcel. Please use a delivery service of your choice to return your order, and retain your proof of postage until we have notified you by email of receipt.
Please note, international delivery fees and the cost to return your items are not refunded for any returned orders.
