When will my order be processed?
We process and normally despatch all orders received before 5:00pm on the same working day (Monday - Friday). Please see our delivery tables above for the expected delivery times. Very occasionally, during busy peak periods, we may be unable to despatch your order on the same working day, but in these situations we will despatch your order as soon as possible.
If I order a next day tracked delivery when will my order arrive?
All orders placed before 4:30pm Monday - Friday on our next day tracked service will arrive the next working day. A tracked Saturday delivery service is available for £5.95; simply ensure you the select the 'Saturday delivery' option during checkout. If I place an order before 4:30pm Friday on a tracked next day delivery, when will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 4:30pm Friday on a tracked next day delivery are booked to arrive on Monday, this being the next working day. A tracked Saturday delivery service is also available for an additional £4.00, simply ensure you the select the 'Saturday delivery' option during checkout.
If I place an order after 4:30pm Friday, on a Saturday or on a Sunday, when will my order be processed?
For all orders placed during those times your order will be processed and dispatched on Monday. Please be aware of any impending UK bank holidays when placing orders. Every purchase, large or small currently qualifies for our free standard delivery in the UK.
Do you guarantee orders are despatched on the same working day?
While the vast majority of our orders are dispatched on the same working day, during busy peak periods we may be unable to do this and same working day dispatch is not guaranteed. However, in these situations, we will endeavour to send your order as soon as possible.
Which couriers do you use?
We primarily use Royal Mail, however may from time to time use a different courier. We allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your order.
Can I track my order?
This option is not available using the Royal Mail 1st class service, however, you can track a delivery if you opted for either of the tracked delivery services. Following purchase, if applicable, we will email you with the trace number and details.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order is despatched we will send you an email to confirm that it's on its way. From there it should be delivered within the time-scale as detailed in our delivery tables above.
How will Bank Holidays affect my order?
Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be despatched the following working day. Additionally, we do not deliver on Bank Holidays so please be aware of any upcoming Bank Holidays upon ordering.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you exactly how you can pick up your order or to arrange for re-delivery.
Does my order have to be delivered to my house?
Not at all! We can deliver to your work, home, or any other address that suits you best.
Do you deliver to freight forwarding or holding services?
In general, we do not deliver to freight forwarders or holding services. If, at our discretion, we do carry out such a delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We can deliver to your residential address or your place of employment but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.

You can order as many items as you like as it makes no difference to the cost, delivery is just one low price!
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We can deliver to your residential address or your place of employment, but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
In this instance, please contact support as it depends on the country and stage of delivery. If your order has already been despatched, there is an additional fee of £9 to pay before we can change the address.
What if only part of my order has arrived?
Should there be any problem with your delivery contact our customer care team as soon as possible where we will gladly assist.

EASY UK RETURNS POLICY

We happily abide by the terms set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Pure Luxuries do our absolute best to ensure complete satisfaction for every customer. Should you wish to return any item we try to make the process very simple.

  • To return your item(s) simple re-package the goods using the original packaging, with our delivery note completed and included.
  • Visit the Royal Mail returns website to create your returns label and print at home.
  • Take to any post office, remembering to obtain proof of postage.
  • Retain your proof of postage until we have notified you by email of receipt.

What happens if I have lost the delivery note?
No problem at all! Simply drop us an email and we will forward a copy of the delivery note.
How long do I have to return my item?
- You must notify us or post your item back within 14 working days of receipt. Your order does not have to reach us in this time, but you must have notified us of the return, or posted it within this time.
- Items will be inspected on arrival to us. Returns may be denied if the return is outside of the returns time period. These returns will be processed at our discretion.
When will I receive my refund?
- All refunds are processed as soon as the goods are returned to us and you will receive an email to confirm receipt of the item at our warehouse, with monies usually taking 5-10 working days to be refunded to your original account or card. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you paid in GBP, minus any delivery charges incurred.
- If, as a result of handling, the value of the returned item(s) is diminished beyond that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item(s), we may deduct that amount from the refund (up to the contract price in GBP).
Is it my responsibility that the goods arrive back at Pure Luxuries?
Yes, the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for orders sent back to us by any means other than our pre-paid returns label.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
Can I choose to send my order back using a different postal method than the suggested Royal Mail option?
Yes you can, however if you have opted to pay for an alternative postal option, these charges will not be refunded.
Can I return a personalised item?
We are unable to exchange or refund personalised goods (for instance, a wallet with embossed initials), unless the item is faulty.
Can I return jewellery?
For hygiene reasons pierced jewellery cannot be returned if the original hygiene seal has been broken, unless the item itself is faulty.
Our Repeated Returns Policy
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, customers returning items repeatedly may be refused at our discretion.
Our Late Returns Policy
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes will be accepted at the discretion of Pure Luxuries and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Statutory Rights
Please note, our policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to fault or incorrectly described goods. Your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations is unaffected.

At pureluxuries.com we do our absolute best to ensure complete satisfaction for every customer. Should you wish to return any item we try to make the process very simple.

  • To return your order to us, please first email customer support at [email protected] We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
  • Return your item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund. If the value of the returned item(s) is diminished as a result of handling beyond that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item(s), we may deduct that amount from the refund (up to the contract price). You must notify us or post your item back within 14 working days of receipt - your order does not have to reach us in this time, but you must have notified us of the return or posted it within this time.
  • Fill in your delivery note, and write this RA number in the appropriate space.
  • Re-package the goods using the original packaging.
  • You may also exchange your purchase for an alternative size or colour of the original item.
  • Return the item to us with a courier or delivery service of your choice. Please choose an appropriate delivery service than insures you for the value of your goods.
  • Please remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt. In the unlikely even a returned item is lost in transit, this proof of postage is required to claim from your courier for the loss.
  • Return delivery charges will not be refunded if the product is simply unwanted or for exchange. However, if the product is faulty or damaged these charges will be refunded.
  • All refunds will be processed as soon as the goods are returned to us, with monies taking 5-10 working days to be refunded to your original account / card. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us in GBP, at the price you paid. Please note, we are not responsible for any fluctuations in currency markets.
  • If you have lost your delivery note please contact our customer care team for assistance.
