At pureluxuries.com we want to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Depending on your delivery service, you may receive a tracking number that will enable you to track your delivery every step of the way.
Which type of tracking number do I have?
We send our tracked orders via Interlink, DPD or the Royal Mail. The vast majority of our next day deliveries are sent with Interlink or DPD. In this case, if you have added a correct email address or a mobile phone number with your order, you will receive full tracking details when the courier has collected the parcel for delivery. If you haven't received your details, please contact us.
However, If your tracking number ends with "GB" your order will be sent with Royal Mail.
