  Enough people will get in contact when there is a problem, so I thought I'd brighten your day a little. I purchased the Jekyll Hide 2266 Texas clay wallet from you yesterday and went with the free postage option. What truly fabulous customer service, I received an email at 1710 saying it had been packed and another at 1802 saying it had been despatched. 1250 on a saturday it arrived - . The elf who purchased this for Chrismas for me was very impressed and so was I it's a lovely wallet, however the elf has now taken it into custody until December 25th. His customer service was first class and his assistance meant that, what could have been a very frustrating situation, was quickly turned into a positive transaction for me.   However, most of all, I thought I would just write to say that your customer relationship management is an exemplar of how CRM should be done. There are many well known brand names who could learn so much from the quality of your work.
  
  Thank you again, and I will have no hesitation in recommending you to others. In fact, I have already done so. Fyi - I also run training courses on CRM and use good and bad examples. Yours is going to be right up there amongst what is technically known as 'pure dead brilliant'.
